What does the Ansara health record contain?

The health record contains structured health information, health documents, administrative documents and photos. Structured health information can be displayed in the languages available in Ansara. Documents and photos remain in their original language and format.

How do I display my health record in a healthcare professional’s language?

In your health record, select “View my health record”. Choose whether you want to appear with your first and last name or a pseudonym, then select the healthcare professional’s language. The health record is then displayed on your device in that language.

Can I edit or delete my health information?

Yes. You can edit or delete information in your health record yourself. Deleting a piece of information, a document or a photo is permanent and there is no recycle bin.

Are documents and photos translated?

No. Documents and photos are displayed as they are, in their original language. Multilingual translation currently applies to the structured information in “My health information” and to translated content in the discussion space.

Can I import several documents at the same time?

Yes. When several documents are selected, Ansara can combine them into one PDF. The order follows the order in which you selected them. Before creating the PDF, you can review the selection and add more documents, but you cannot remove a document that has already been selected. If you make a mistake, you need to start again.
