I think someone has access to my account. What should I do?

From the “My Account” section, you can sign out of all active sessions and change your password immediately. If you continue to notice unusual activity, contact Support without sharing any health information.

Is my health data secure?

Health data is encrypted and hosted in an HDS-certified environment (French Health Data Hosting certification). Members of the Ansara team do not have access to the content of your health data.

Can the Ansara team see my health data?

No. Members of the Ansara team do not have access to the content of your health data. An authorized maintenance provider operating within the HDS framework (French Health Data Hosting) may, where a technical intervention requires it, be authorized to access data in accordance with the applicable procedures and with your agreement.

Does Ansara sell or use my health data for commercial purposes?

No. Ansara does not sell or disclose your health data to partners, insurers, advertisers or other third parties for commercial purposes. You remain free to share your own data yourself with the recipient of your choice.

Is my health data used to train artificial intelligence?

Users’ health data is not used to train AI models, for profiling or for advertising.

Can my insurer or employer see my data if a partner provides my access to Ansara?

No. A partner may manage administrative information related to the license, but does not have access to your health record, requests or health data. Your data remains under your control even if the partner pays for your access to Ansara.
