My account and family

Gérez votre compte, votre connexion, vos informations personnelles et les profils de vos proches.

On ansara.care, enter your email address and choose a password. A verification code is then sent to you by email. Enter this code to complete the creation of your account.
Ansara uses two-factor authentication. After you sign out, your email address and password are supplemented by a verification code sent by email. This code is not requested every time you simply reopen the web app if your session is still active.

Use the option to resend the code from the sign-in screen. Also check that you are using the correct email address and look in your spam or junk folder. If the problem continues, contact support without sending any health data.

On the sign-in screen, select “Forgot your password?”. Enter your email address, then use the reset email you receive to set and confirm a new password.

The email address linked to your account cannot currently be changed. If you no longer have access to that email address, account recovery is not possible. We plan to improve this functionality in a future update.
Yes. In Settings, you can change your profile information, including your first and last name, phone number, language and unit preferences. The email address linked to the account cannot currently be changed.
You can export your data from your account. The current export mainly covers the content of the health record and produces an archive containing structured files. Chatbot data is not included in this export at present.
To add a child or someone you are responsible for to your account, use “Add a family member” from the menu, navigation bar, “My family” area or health record.

The number of profiles you can add depends on the number of licenses included in your subscription.

If you want to assign a license to another adult who has their own account, use “Invite an adult” from the “My family” area.

If the adult is already part of your family, open the health record for the relevant profile, then select “Manage profile access” to choose who you want to share the information with.

If the adult does not yet have an account linked to your family, go to “My family” > “Invite an adult”, enter their details and select the profile to share. They will receive an invitation, while you will receive a security code to give them so they can complete the link.

Yes. The adult who sent the invitation can revoke access. Revocation is immediate and the other adult receives an email telling them they no longer have access to the shared profile.
Check the email address and password you are using for your account. If you have forgotten your password, use “Forgot your password?”. If you are stuck at the verification code sent by email, also check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot sign in, contact support.
